The International Scientific Conference “International Dialogue: East–West” will take place on 16 December 2026, at the International Slavic University, Mayberry Highway Campus, Sveti Nikole, Republic of North Macedonia.

Participants can register for the conference through two separate forms, depending on whether they wish to attend the conference or submit a scientific paper for publication.

1. Conference Attendance Registration

This form is intended for participants who wish to attend the conference without submitting a scientific paper for publication.

Participation is free of charge and open to academics, researchers, students, doctoral candidates, professionals, and other interested individuals.

Registered participants are welcome to attend the conference sessions, participate in academic discussions, and engage with researchers from different scientific fields.

2. Paper Submission

This form is intended for authors who wish to submit a scientific paper for consideration for publication in the conference’s scientific journal, International Dialogue: East–West.

All manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with the official Paper Submission Template and meet the conference’s Technical Requirements.

Submitted papers undergo editorial screening and a single-anonymous (single-blind) peer-review process, involving two independent reviewers.

Authors will be notified by email regarding the editorial decision. Only accepted papers will be eligible for publication, subject to the applicable publication fee.

Confirmation and Further Information

Following registration or paper submission, participants will receive an email confirmation or notification regarding their submission.

Authors submitting scientific papers should allow up to 14 working days for an editorial response. If no response is received within this period, please check your Spam or Junk folder before contacting the conference organizers through the Contact section.

Publication and Conference Proceedings

Accepted scientific papers will be published electronically in the conference’s scientific journal after the conference. The electronic journal will be available to participants following publication.

Authors who wish to receive a printed copy may request one for an additional fee of €15 per copy, excluding delivery costs.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to determine which submitted papers meet the academic and editorial standards required for publication.
