The International Scientific Conference “International Dialogue: East–West” welcomes academics, researchers, doctoral candidates, students, and professionals from different scientific disciplines.
Participants may attend the conference, present their research, or submit a scientific paper for publication in the conference’s academic journal.
Conference participation is free of charge. Publication fees apply only to authors who wish to publish their accepted papers in the journal.
Conference Participation
Participation in the conference is free for:
- Students and doctoral candidates
- Academic staff and researchers
- Professionals and other interested participants
Participants may attend the conference sessions and academic discussions without submitting a scientific paper.
Students and early-career researchers are particularly encouraged to participate and engage in international academic dialogue.
Journal Publication Fees
Authors who wish to publish their scientific papers in the journal International Dialogue: East–West are subject to the following publication fees:

The publication fee is charged per accepted paper, not per participating author.
All submitted manuscripts are subject to the journal’s editorial evaluation and review procedures. Payment of the publication fee does not guarantee acceptance.
Electronic and Printed Journal Editions
The journal International Dialogue: East–West is published electronically. The electronic edition is available to authors without additional charges beyond the applicable publication fee.
Authors who wish to receive a printed copy may request one during registration or after their paper has been accepted.
- Printed journal: €15 per copy
- Delivery: Shipping costs are calculated separately and covered by the recipient.
Printed copies are optional and must be specifically requested.
Optional Accommodation
Accommodation may be arranged for conference participants at a rate of €40 per person per night, subject to availability.
Accommodation is optional and not included in the publication fee.
Online Payment
Conference participation does not require payment.
Authors whose papers have been accepted for publication will receive an online payment link with instructions for paying the applicable publication fee.
Payment is required only after the manuscript has been accepted.
