Abstract: The company as a legal entity that offers the opportunity to invest money, things, rights and property in order to make a profit, it exists in all legislations. From country to country there are differences in the forms of companies. In this paper we consider the types of commercial companies in the Republic of North Macedonia and the United Kingdom.
