Organized by the Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts, the International Slavic University \u201cG. R. Derzhavin\u201d and the Philosophical Society of Macedonia, the third International Philosophical Dialogue \u201cEAST \u2013 WEST\u201d was held in Macedonia beginning on October 4th<\/sup> to October 6th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s theme of the gathering was \u201cPhilosophy of Education and Philosophy in Education\u201d.<\/p>\n

Prominent academics, professors and philosophical researchers from France, Russia, Serbia and Macedonia took part in this event. The dialogue was held in three Macedonian cities: Skopje, Bitola and Ohrid.<\/p>\n

The opening took place at the Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts on October 4th<\/sup>, starting at 12 PM.<\/p>\n

On October 5th<\/sup> (Thursday) the dialogue continued on the premises of the International Slavic University \u201cG.R. Derzhavin\u201d campus in Bitola, at 11 AM. The gathering ended on October 6th<\/sup> (Friday) in Ohrid, in The Urania House, the last session starting at 11 AM.<\/p>\n

The last session of The Third International Philosophical Dialogue was held on October 6th<\/sup> in The Urania House, Ohrid.<\/p>\n
